  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, the container must be in the same condition that you received it, free from any customer-induced damage, alterations, or modifications.

  • Return Authorization: Returns require a Return Authorization number. Do not send the container back without prior written approval and a valid Return Authorization number from our team.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, please follow these steps:

  2. Arrange Shipping: You are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error e.g., incorrect or defective product. Return shipping costs for containers are typically significant due to specialized logistics.

3. Refunds and Fees

Once your return has been received, inspected, and approved, we will process your refund:

  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be applied to the purchase price of the container, unless the return is due to an error on our part. This fee covers inspection and administrative costs.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Refund Processing Time: Once the refund is approved, please allow up to 30 business days for the credit to be fully processed and reflected on your account.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Custom-built or modified containers once production has begun.

  • Containers sold “as-is” with specified defects or conditions.

  • Containers that have been altered, modified, or damaged after delivery.

  • Resolution: We will resolve the issue by repairing the container, offering a replacement, or issuing a full refund including original shipping costs.
