This policy provides clear, upfront details regarding the delivery of your container. We are committed to transparency to ensure a reliable and straightforward purchasing experience.

1. Delivery Area and Scope

  • Coverage: We offer shipping services exclusively within the United States.

  • Delivery Method: All containers are delivered by a specialized third-party carrier to your specified location.

2. Shipping Cost

To maintain clear pricing, a single, flat-rate shipping fee is applied to all orders:

  • Flat Rate Shipping Fee: All orders are subject to a flat rate of $550.00 USD.

  • Currency: All transactions and shipping fees are processed in USD United States Dollars.

  • This fixed fee is applied regardless of the container size or final destination within our United States  service area

3. Total Estimated Delivery Timeframe

Our delivery estimates are clearly defined to set accurate customer expectations. The total delivery time is the sum of Handling Time and Transit Time.

Total Delivery Time= Handling Time + Transit Time

A. Order Processing Handling Time

  • Definition: The time required to verify payment, conduct the pre-delivery inspection, and prepare the container for carrier pickup.

  • Timeframe: Orders are processed and fulfilled within 2 to 3 business days Monday – Friday.

  • Order Cut-off Time: The daily cut-off time for processing is 12:00 PM Central Standard Time. Orders placed after this time begin processing on the next business day.

B. Transit Time Shipping/Delivery

  • Definition: The time the container is physically in transit after being shipped.

  • Timeframe: Estimated transit time for all destinations is 3 to 4 business days Monday – Friday.

C. Total Estimated Delivery Time

The estimated total delivery time for all orders is 5 to 7 business days from the date the order is placed.

4. Important Delivery Conditions

  • Carrier Method: We use approved carriers who will estimate and coordinate delivery times directly with you.

  • Customer Acceptance: The customer or an authorized representative must be present at the delivery site to confirm the container’s placement and sign for acceptance.

  • Holidays: Delivery estimates may be adjusted if the processing or transit period includes a national public holiday.
